At the end of the year 2004, Sandy Hehl claimed her title and was granted the title of Millennium Haarper to the Young and Elderly in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Her declaration was made on Thursday, January 8, 2004, to Harplist@yahoogroups.com, in the following words:

I would like to declare my quest as a "Millenium Harper to the Young and the Elderly" in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia. I will be taking my harp to nursing homes, shut-ins, people who are recovering at home from surgery, illness,etc. Also, to preschool groups, children's choirs, Sunday School classes, etc. I will play at least 25 events this next year, if not more.
